Microchip Technology Announces New 1Mbit SPI Serial SRAM
Advanced memory devices offer high performance and low power consumption

Microchip Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: MCHP) today announced the expansion of its memory portfolio with the introduction of the 23A102423LC1024 1Mbit Serial SRAM devices. These devices offer high performance and low power consumption, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.
The 23A102423LC1024 devices are accessed via a simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. They feature a fast read access time of 80ns and a write access time of 150ns. The devices also offer a low power consumption of 20μA in standby mode and 10mA in active mode.
The 23A102423LC1024 devices are available in 8-pin SOIC and 8-pin MSOP packages. They are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
