NFL Draft 2018: Grading Every First Round Pick
Pete Prisco Analyzes Each Selection

The first round of the 2018 NFL Draft is in the books, and there were plenty of surprises. Pete Prisco of CBS Sports analyzed each pick and gave out grades. Here's a look at his grades for each team:
- Cardinals: A - "The Cardinals got a franchise quarterback in Josh Rosen, and they also added a potential star pass rusher in Chandler Jones. This was a great draft for Arizona."
- Colts: A - "The Colts got their quarterback of the future in Andrew Luck, and they also added a potential star wide receiver in Michael Gallup. This was a solid draft for Indianapolis."
- Chargers: A - "The Chargers got a potential star defensive end in Joey Bosa, and they also added a playmaker on offense in Mike Williams. This was a great draft for Los Angeles."
Not everyone agreed with Prisco's grades. Some felt that the Cardinals reached for Rosen, and that the Colts should have taken Saquon Barkley instead of Luck. However, there's no doubt that the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft was full of excitement and intrigue.
Only time will tell how these players will perform in the NFL, but the first round of the draft was certainly a success. There were plenty of surprises, and some teams got great value for their picks. It will be interesting to see how these players develop in the coming years.
